Nieuwe funding LFH Lease
haar dochterondernemingen Lease&Finance Huis (lfh.nl)
en GIJBA (gijba.nl). LFH biedt leaseoplossingen
contractverwerking is daarom in vergaande mate geautomatiseerd.
“In 2021 is de Nederlandse Private Equity partij Capital A
(capitalapartners.nl) toegetreden.
Robert Bradbury van A&M: “A&M is verheugd dat zij LFH
toekomstige groei”.
Sean White, hoofd van Barclays’ Europese Securitised
Products Solutions team: “Deze financiering stelt LFH in staat zijn
groeiambities in de Nederlandse MKB-markt te verwezenlijken. Barclays is blij

of 265 million euros
The LFH

Lease&Finance Huis (lfh.nl) and GIJBA (gijba.nl). LFH offers leasing solutions for
a wide range of objects in various sectors such as passenger cars, commercial
vehicles, Trucks & Trailers, earthmoving and industrial machines. In their
market approach, LFH works intensively with suppliers, dealer companies and

automated.
“This
funding will enable LFH to serve its customers even better in the coming
years,” says Dirk Buiting (director of LFH). “The Dutch Private Equity party
Capital A (capitalapartners.nl) joined in 2021. This is a new milestone to
facilitate the further growth of the LFH group.”
The funding
is provided by a partnership between LFH, Barclays Europe (barclays.com/ib) and SCIO Capital (scio-capital.com). This
collaboration was established under the guidance of Alveraz&Marsall (alvarezandmarsal.com) as advisors to LFH. Robert Bradbury of A&M: “A&M is pleased to

head of Barclays’ European Securitised Products Solutions team: “This financing
equips LFH to realise its growth ambitions in the Dutch SME market. Barclays is
delighted to support the business in this strategy by arranging a financing
facility through this debut securitisation transaction.”
SCIO Capital, an
award-winning European asset-based credit manager based in London, provided the
mezzanine capital for the funding line. SCIO Capital CIO Greg Branch: “SCIO is
excited to have been able to support LFH in this inaugural structured funding facility.
We create long-term value for investors and borrowers alike by establishing
partnerships and providing collateralised financing”.
